KCSE Mean Grade C (Plain) and:
- C (Plain) in English / Kiswahili
- C (Plain) in Biology
- C- (Minus) in any one of Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry

Certificate in Orthopaedic & Trauma Medicine Level 5 (or related Level 5 qualification)
