The Certificate in Community Health Assistant – Level 5 is a foundational, competency-based program designed to equip learners with essential knowledge and practical skills for supporting community health initiatives across diverse settings.

The program prepares trainees to work directly with communities, households, and health facilities in promoting preventive healthcare, health education, disease prevention, maternal and child health support, and community-based health interventions.

Learners gain hands-on experience through structured practical sessions and supervised hospital/community attachments, enabling them to confidently support public health programs, community health units, NGOs, and government health departments.

This KHPOA-licensed Level 5 qualification also provides a direct progression pathway to the Diploma in Community Health Assistant – Level 6.
