Entry: KCPE or KCSE (Any Grade) • TVET CDACC
Prepares for hospital-based support roles. Learn: Vital signs, Patient handling, Infection control, Nutrition support, Basic nursing assistance. Why: Strong progression to Caregiving Level 4 and CNA Level 5. Eligible for FREE international certification.
3. Caregiver Course – Level II (NITA)
Entry: KCSE D– (Minus) and above • NITA
One of the fastest routes to becoming a professional caregiver. Learn: Patient hygiene, Feeding, Grooming, Mobility assistance, Basic supportive nursing. Why: NITA certification is globally respected. High demand in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia. Eligible for FREE international certification.
4. Certificate in Caregiving – Level 4
Entry: KCSE (Any Grade) • TVET CDACC
Duration: 6 months + 2 months attachment. Learn: Patient care, Vital signs, Infection control, Nutrition support, Special needs care. Why: Strong demand locally and abroad. Direct pathway to CNA Level 5. Eligible for FREE international certification.
5. Certificate in Healthcare Support Services (CNA) – Level 5
Entry: KCSE D (Plain) and above • TVET CDACC
Duration: 1½ years. Learn: Vital signs, Anatomy & physiology, Infection control, Patient care, Emergency response. Why: KHPOA-licensed qualification. Eligible for FREE SDC Canada CNA certification. Strong overseas opportunities.
